  • Agitation from dementia
  • Alzheimer’s disease
  • Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)
  • Autism with aggressive or self-injurious behaviors
  • Cachexia (weakness and wasting due to chronic illness)
  • Cancer
  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Chronic or debilitating pain lasting over 3 months
  • Crohn’s Disease
  • Diabetic/peripheral neuropathy
  • Epilepsy or other seizures
  • Glaucoma
  • Hepatitis
  • HIV+ or AIDS
  • Huntington’s Disease
  • Intractable nausea (nausea and vomiting that is difficult to control)
  • Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
  • Muscular Dystrophy
  • Pain refractory to appropriate opioid management (pain unresolved by conventional treatment)
  • Parkinson’s Disease
  • Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
  • Severe Muscle Spasticity (abnormal muscle rigidity)
  • Sickle-cell Anemia
  • Spinal cord disease or severe injury to spinal cord
  • Ulcerative Colitis
