A Story 100+ years in the making
Our story began in 1911 with the birth of Mary Jane Pounds. When the Great Depression took hold of America, Mary Jane gave birth to a pair of boys. The youngest and my father, Herbert Haddox grew into a rambunctious young man.
As an adult, Herbert devoted his life to taking care of those less fortunate. Known to everyone as “Herb”, he also traveled the world in pursuit of adventure.
