Medical use is legal if you possess a valid MMJ card. Recreational use without a MMJ card is not currently legal.

Only adults over 21 possessing a valid Mississippi MMJ card or their designated caregiver may be granted access to Mary Jane and Herbs dispensaries.

Patients can use MMJ products as directed by a medical expert or one of our certified budtenders. Our products include cannabis flowers, extracts, edible products, drinks, topical applications, ointments, oils, tinctures, and suppositories. A patient can also consume these items through smoking, dabbing, ingesting, or vaping.

Qualified patients can purchase DAILY up to 3.5 grams of cannabis flower OR 1 gram of cannabis concentrate OR 100 mg of THC in an infused product. A patient can only purchase 3/4 ounces of cannabis flower per week.

When you visit Mary Jane and Herbs, our staff of certified budtenders will guide you through all available options. We want you to be confident and comfortable with your new medication.

In general, it’s best to start with a low dose and increase the potency slowly as needed. Each patient and condition can react differently to the same dosage, so that will be determined by you.
