- Agitation from dementia
- Alzheimer’s disease
- Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)
- Autism with aggressive or self-injurious behaviors
- Cachexia (weakness and wasting due to chronic illness)
- Cancer
- Cerebral Palsy
- Chronic or debilitating pain lasting over 3 months
- Crohn’s Disease
- Diabetic/peripheral neuropathy
- Epilepsy or other seizures
- Glaucoma
- Hepatitis
- HIV+ or AIDS
- Huntington’s Disease
- Intractable nausea (nausea and vomiting that is difficult to control)
- Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
- Muscular Dystrophy
- Pain refractory to appropriate opioid management (pain unresolved by conventional treatment)
- Parkinson’s Disease
- Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
- Severe Muscle Spasticity (abnormal muscle rigidity)
- Sickle-cell Anemia
- Spinal cord disease or severe injury to spinal cord
- Ulcerative Colitis
